About Ethan Kaczowka
Ethan Kaczowka started playing piano at age 11 and took up the guitar in his twenties. He taught himself by ear from recordings before attending Berklee College of Music, where he earned a degree in guitar performance. While studying at Berklee, he began actively gigging in and around the Boston area, both as a sideman and leading a 7-piece band performing his original music.

He has studied with numerous musicians including Ed Lucie, Steve Kirby, Jon Damian, and Richie Hart. Today he periodically travels to New York to study with guitarist Peter Bernstein.

Although he works professionally in numerous musical styles, he's maintained multiple long-standing residencies playing jazz, where you can hear him perform a large repertoire of standards.
